The Most Boring Cartoon is just that, straight on and no foolin'. Drawn in an anti-interesting monochrome and laden with reverse-excitement, it's the perfect way to cause yourself to fall asleep abruptly and wake up with keyboard creases on your face. Bob (shown here) is the protagonist, although that may be too strong a term for old Bob. Bob simply is, and he likes to take the world at his own pace. Unfortunately, that pace is "agonizingly slow". After browsing this cartoon, watching paint dry could keep you on the edge of your seat.
